If your credit card provider holds you liable for some portion of the unauthorized charges and if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted (through no fault of your own) from the use of your credit card to purchase through the secure server at out web site, then La Fountain Supply will reimburse you for the liability up to a maximum of $50.

Sales Tax

State law requires us to collect sales tax on products shipped within Louisiana. If your order is shipped to an address within Louisiana, 4% will be added to your order for sales tax. La Fountain Supply recognizes the sensitive nature of your personal account information. La Fountain Supply does not distribute or sell any information you have supplied to us on our site to outside parties. La Fountain Supply will not be liable for damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from or arising out of your use of our web site.

Back Orders:

Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. When there is a delay with your order, we will inform you immediately via E-mail or phone of its status.

Special Orders:

All special order items must be paid for in full at time of order.

Returns Policy

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement.

Defective or shipping damaged items may be returned for a same-item product. We will pay for all shipping charges and refund or exchange it at no cost to the customer.

If the customer is returning the product for any personal reason other than a defect or shipping damage, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed and we will not be responsible for shipping charges.

If you need to return items to us, please follow these procedures to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit:

NOTE: Call LA Fountain Supply to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept returned items without a Return Authorization Number. 

  1. Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or UPS. (We will refund actual shipping costs from UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise or mis-shipment. We do not accept CODs.)
  2. Complete the return form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase.

  4. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
