Halco standard design, 18/8 stainless steel steam table pans are ideal for use in all steam tables. Our tight-fitting pans will not allow steam to escape, which can reduce holding times. These steam table pans fit better in the well, have reinforced edges to prevent the corners from bending and can go from the freezer to the oven without re-panning. They are available in 22 and 24 gauge stainless steel to meet every need. A variety of accessories and covers are also available. Halco steam table pans are NFS listed.
